LaWanda is a beach bum at heart. Growing up on the Outer Banks, she developed a deep love for nature and people. LaWanda believes people are created for relationship, and she desires to see relationships strengthened and valued through the work YCR does. Her greatest joy is seeing women and families restored to fullness. She has been married for 31 years to the love of her life, Steve. They have two wonderful sons and daughter-in- laws and three grandchildren who fill their lives with love and laughter! Outside of YCR, she is having a meal and deep conversation with family and friends, or engaging in downright silliness!
Danielle Clark is an Asheboro native who returned home after graduating from UNC Wilmington in 2015. She came on staff at Your Choices Randolph in December 2018. She has a heart to serve others and is thrilled to work in a place where she can do just that. Danielle enjoys traveling with her husband and cooking new dishes for him to try. Together, they delight in building relationships with both old and new friends.
Mary Needham joined the Your Choices Randolph team in November 2017, serving as Operations Manager. She assists the Executive Director and Client Services Director with planning and implementing center efforts. Her greatest supporter is Andrew, her beloved husband. Together, they have two children, both four-legged and furry. Whenever time permits, she loves manicures and pedicures, watching sunrises and sunsets, and traveling.
Krista is a southern girl with northern roots: born in Texas, and raised in Tennessee, but over 7 years of her adult life were spent living just outside of Boston in Quincy, MA. She and her husband Adam moved to North Carolina 4 years ago with their daughter and love living here! They are a licensed foster family in NC and enjoy being able to help give children a stable loving home. Krista and her daughter both share a love for animals- they currently have 5 cats and 2 dogs! Krista passed the Nursing Boards in 2007 and has done many different types of nursing along the way, including Cardiac, Urgent Care, Pediatric/Family Medicine and more. She loves that nursing is holistic and allows care of the physical well being of people, along with the mental, and spiritual aspects as well.
